K-8 Creative Arts Camps supporting the tinkerer, wonderer and explorer in EVERY child.

Say it Kids! Camp is an interdisciplinary K-8 arts camp where KIDS get a say in where the exploration goes.  Camp sessions are crafted around a theme, and our skilled local arts educators lead students in a balanced day of creative exploration, problem solving, and team collaboration. Say it Kids! is about self-expression, advocacy, and how the arts connect us all.

All camp sessions include a variety of make and take activities around our theme, as well as daily movement breaks and even occasional walking field trips!

*If arriving after 9:00AM please call ahead and let our staff know.

    Camp Pick-up:

    Between 3:30-4:30PM

*We try to wrap up all hands-on activities by 3:30 so that all campers get to participate.

Note: Extended care is available by request for a fee of $20 per camper.

In the event of an appointment, or change in your campers schedule, please reach out to the camp lead as soon as possible.

    Late Pick-up

We understand that things can happen, however campers picked up after their designated pick up time (4:30 or 5:00 for extended care) will incur an additional charge of $5.00 for each 10 minutes past pick-up time.

    Approved Pick-Ups

Only pre-approved adults listed at the time of registration will be allowed to pick-up a camper.

  • Generally, if something happens so that your camper cannot attend camp, but we have an alternate date available, we will first offer you the opportunity to shift to a different camp session in the future. Please understand that this may not always be possible due to staffing.

A lot of effort goes into planning and running our incredible camps. We limit spaces in each camp to ensure a quality experience and our cancellation guidelines and policies revolve around our commitments made to not just participants, but also, our camp staff.

    Cancellation Requests

Summer Camp cancellation requests received up to and including May 16, 2025, will be refunded the full tuition minus a $50 administrative fee per camp per child.

Cancellation requests after May 16th for summer camp are not eligible for a refund, however a transfer option may be available.

Refund requests for Workday Camps must be received at least two weeks prior to the camp date.

    For Transfers

All transfers and other registration changes are dependent upon available space.  We try our best to make it happen if we can.

    • Transfer requests must be received more than 14 days prior to the first day of camp, and will incur a $25 administration fee per child, per change.

    • If received less than 14 days prior to the first day of camp, we are unable to make any changes or grant transfer requests, except for adding aftercare.

If SIWG has to cancel before the start of a camp session due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, government orders) or for any other reason, we will refund your full tuition minus a $50 administrative fee.  If we must cancel during a camp session, you will receive a pro-rated refund.

Say it With Glass reserves the right to modify, at any time, any of the policies described or privileges granted.

  • While we understand the children have individual interests that they may enjoy sharing with others, we ask that campers refrain from brining electronics, hand-held games, toys, money, trading cards, or valuables to camp. If unsure about an item, please check with our staff. On occasion, we may allow a student to bring an item to share that may revolve around our theme and support group learning.

Say it With Glass is not responsible for any personal items lost, stolen, or damaged in its programs.

  • Medication:

An adult must register all medications, prescription and nonprescription, directly with a counselor during check in and initial the Medication Log.

SIWG employees may only administer medication to a camper with written authorization from you (a parent or guardian). SIWG employees delivering medication are not nurses or other medical professionals and by signing in medication you specifically authorize them to  administer medication to your child. We will only check in the exact number of doses the camper will receive during the week.

Prescription medications, including EpiPens and inhalers, must be in original pharmacy containers and labeled with participant’s first and last name, medication name, date filled, expiration date, and correct dosage instructions. Dosage will be given exactly how it is written. At least one dose of medication must be administered at home before any medication can be administered at camp, except for live-saving emergency medications such as epi-pens.

Nonprescription medication must also be provided in the original container that includes directions for use. Medication will only be administered in accordance with the written directions.

    Authorization for Emergency Medical Care:

Should an accident or emergency occur that requires your child to receive medical care, by registering, you authorize Say it With Glass staff to administer first aid, contact your child’s physician or dentist, and/or call an ambulance to take my child to a physician, hospital for emergency treatment, or active EMS in the event it appears necessary and a parent or guardian cannot be contacted in a timely manner, as Say it With Glass staff deem appropriate under the circumstances. By registering, you give my permission for Say it With Glass to transmit and disclose your child’s medical information to the treating medical personnel and hereby give to any physician, dentist, hospital, or other health care provider consent to perform any x-ray, examination, anesthetic, medical or surgical diagnosis or treatment, under the general or special supervision of the designated physician/dentist specified above or, if unavailable, any licensed physician or dentist. Say it With Glass will not be financially responsible for the costs of such treatment and transportation.

  • Campers are expected to act in a way to keep themselves, fellow campers, CITs, and staff physically and emotionally safe. Campers must be be comfortable and successful using the bathroom independently, to stay with the group, to follow instructions from staff including safety directions, reasonably be able to take care of themselves including eating and staying hydrated (with reminders and support!).

Although we often provide individual attention and support, we aren’t able to provide 1:1 support for continued stretches.

If a camper is removed from camp for a behavioral or safety issue, no refunds are given. Campers who are removed for a behavioral or safety issue must be picked up immediately.

  • Say it With Glass may photograph and take video of campers during camp in order to both share camper experiences with families, but also for promotional purposes.

Unless otherwise requested, it is assumed that families grant permission for photographs, audio, and video to be collected and used by Say it With Glass for internal and external use. (If permission is denied, no photographs or videos will be taken of your camper.
